Service was spot on as usual. The fish and the chips were great . We found the battered sausage wasn't good. The batter wasn't crispy it was chewy. Unlikely to have that again

The service is simply too slow. Whilst I appreciate that cooking fresh is important, doing 1 order at a time in peak times is ridiculous. One of the children with our group waited 30 mins for 1 portion of chips!
